Mr. Jonathan Monin initiated the Bluetooth program within Tadiran Communications and later on spun-off the enterprise as an independent company.

Prior to the establishment of Tadlys, Mr. Monin led the Hand-Held Computer Department in Tadiran. Under his lead, the company won the most prestigious contracts for Hand-Held Communication Terminals for the US Military.

Mr. Monin also managed the Technology Center of Tadiran, a department dealing with R&D in leading edge technologies for the company. In this capacity, Mr. Monin raised research funds from the Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Defense and others.
